My Research

I am working on OmpC loop variants generated by deletions and insertions.My focus is on structural and functional characterization of these variants.I would like to further engineer OmpC towards structure determination and functional characterization .At present I am working with refolding and crystallization aspects of OmpC –GFP-OmpC (CgC) fusion protein(Kumar P D) towards its crystallization and fluorescence studies.
